Spend 150 hours and got banned without reason

I was just starting out on this server and NexT attacked me with a lighting Magmasaur and almost killed my moth. He is banned. PvP behaviour will not be tolerated.

It's PVE , why this monster did dmg to this player ? I didn't even knew that ,
I helped everyone in this server , helped every new people I saw , I'm not an ark pro and didn't even knew about this monster , didn't knew that I can hurt someone on PVE ?
Sorry .. there is a way to reach out to you somehow ?
