New Player Advice

Good day Everyone😁👋🏻!

I am new to playing online ark with other players pve. Basicly never tried before. Usely I play only single player. I would like some info and advice on starting playing on this server. Where to start? How does it all work? And is there spesific pc specs my pc must have? I play on a low end pc laptop.
