why cant i get in the sever was i banned

my ark name was froggy and i randomly got disconnected and now cant get back in i want to know if i got banned and if i did what for

how can i create a ticket on the discord to verify bc i cant find it

is the sever up properly it says it is but everytime i try to join it says connection timed out and idk why
