We were instantly banned for what we believe was an unreasonable reason, without any opportunity to discuss or clarify the situation. When we attempted to ask a question about it, we were also banned from the Discord server. Instead of engaging with us directly—such as teleporting to us in-game or initiating a support ticket, which would have been more constructive—the issue was only addressed through a message in global chat, which we did not see.
we're not the one who create a ticket....lol
